As always, my visit to Winchester Dental was the greatest. Staff is warm and friendly and professional ! We’ve been seeing Dr Andy for almost 18 years. We moved here in 2002. I had thought I’d be looking for a pediatric dentist. My husband had dental procedure done shortly after we moved here. Took me on as a new patient in need of significant dental repair work.
As always the experience is excellent ... but only 1 thing is and has been a tremendous inconvenience. Trying to leave a vmail that gets returned NEVER seems to happen. The whole paging-vmail messaging service is really poor. Andy this needs to get fixed. Case in point yesterday ... I found out you prescribed the wrong possible Antibiotic and wanted to talk to or your front desk. I left a message and phone number to have you folks to call me back and it never happened -- whats worse is you are closed on Fridays. Once again e... read more
Before I became a client of Winchester Dental Group going to the dentist meant going to a facility to get mouth pain and my wallet emptied. The WDG is different. Their staff of professionals make you look forward to going to the dentist. You can walk into the WDG with a dirty mouth walk out with a clean one and your wallet will not be cleaned out either.
