I’ve had a frustrating experience with this apartment complex. They enforce extremely ridiculous decor rules, limiting patio furniture to just five pieces and a bunch of other bs as well as banning anything on windowsills, both INSIDE and out. This was a very quiet and secluded neighborhood. I couldn’t ask for more from an apartment, and I don’t think you could compare it for the price with anywhere within a few miles of here.
If I could give Zero stars that's what the true rating would be for this. I rented there years ago; and if the same rental manager is still there, be very wary of renting there. For no reason, she took a big percentage of my security deposit. And there was NO wear and tear as I was in my 40s and did not own a dog nor had children that could have caused any damage.
