However, once we got together with AJ everything went smoothly. He was always available, worked repeatedly with a somewhat demanding seller, answered all questions, and made sure the deal was successfully completed. Just bought my first house, and wisely chose AJ Depue from WinWin as my realtor. He is knowledgeable, driven, and professional. What i liked best, is that he gives you honest opinions. He will not try and sell you on a house just to make a sale. If he thinks there's a problem, or the property is bad, he will tell you.
