AJ was our realtor at Win Win Reality and we could not have asked for a better realtor! He never tried to push us into something that we weren't interested in and always told us that the right house will eventually come along and he would be there as long as it takes. The sale of my house went really well. AJ is extremely knowledgeable of the local real estate market and was able to walk me through the best solution for my personal situation. He understood my bottom line and fought to get a fair price and an outstanding outcome for all parties. He was involved and kept me informed at all points and I appreciate the attention to detail he offers. While this was not my first time using AJ and Win-Win, it will also not be my last time!
