Listen. Maybe you guys should train your forklift guys to learn to be able to get vehicles in and out quicker than they do. They’re SUPER slow to load/unload at this facility. It doesn’t make any sense to sit around for over three hours for 11 pallets…this facility is on my DNR list…this place is pure TRASH!!

Drivers: Take up the whole road to pull in, stay to the right, stop at the gate, go in the front door to check-in. When you drive in the back stay as far to the right as possible, entering an exiting. If one of their trucks are in the way just ask if they can move it, they're pretty cool about that. Unloading times starts at 8am. Room for 1 MAYBE 2 trucks overnight.
BEWARE This company is the worse place ever. Long story short, they tricked me in to signing a waiver excusing them from damaging my property when delivering my roofing material. I have a fairly new driveway and they sunk two pads and cracked the driveway in 3 places when backing their enormous truck in my driveway. I have no recourse with these deceitful people and all they did was left me with property damage that is going to cost me thousands of dollars.
