Me and my partner were looking for a new place to move into when we came across Wimbledon square. The place is beautiful with a lot of space to walk around in the complex or across the street at the college. We were helped by Jake from Wimbledon square. He was very kind and helped make us feel welcomed as soon as we met. He knew the place well and showed us a place that was a great fit for us right away. The place is pet friendly up to two pets.
Yes, rent prices have surged out of control in Lodi and Stockton since 2016 even though there aren’t many good jobs around town. These apartments look like doctors offices and have wall air conditioning units instead of central AC. That by itself should steer you away as it’s very hot half the year. Friends of mine lived here in 2010 and their apartment as well as their upstairs neighbors unit were both broken into and robbed on the same day. Lots of gang activity around.
