service is horrible.... I have been leasing in dallas for 5 years and the way the property management handles their issues when it comes to emergencies is really unacceptable customer service.
These are the conditions I’ve been dealing with over the weekend an apartment unit flooded above mine caused serve water damage & now my apartments are saying there is nothing they can do about it we pay our rent on time & have not caused any issues since we have moved here. I am extremely upset with the service I received from you guys and I am getting local authorities and the news involved. I woke up this morning to flooded bathroom living room master bathroom and sun room. We called your office multiple times about this disaster and no one seems to care Megan wouldn’t even walk in to see the nature of the problem never asked if everyone was okay and took her time to get down here to address the problem.
