Was without power for 2 night with an almost 2 year old son and they continue to blame Peco because their fuse box was bad. Refused to work with me on rent for time I had to leave the apartment I pay for or all the groceries I ended up loosing. HORRIBLE!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

When I first moved here it was quite and difficult to get in without great credit. They would not even let you play your t.v. loud or have large stereo systems. Now they have section 8 people here. There are drugs being sold and loud neighbors. Child playing in the driveway at night scratching your car with there bikes.
Absolutely beautiful! We love our 2 bedroom unit.
