I would not recommend this property. There have been three have been evicted in the past 1.5 years, an armed LAPD search warrant on-property and the tenants are very loud / lack consideration for neighbors. Very unsettling place to live.
Just save yourself the trouble. Maintenance here is a joke, the air conditioning doesn’t work half the time, things get stolen here all the time, and the rent is ridiculous for how much headache this place causes.
The place is rather a joke. Homeless people walking around on premises and common areas. Packages always been stolen. Habitats are noisy and ignorant. Management does not care about any issues. Roaches. Mold. Parking lot frequently ocuppuied by strangers cars and no one could solve this. Toooooo expensive for this level of services. Spare the house for benefits recipients and find better place to live.
DO NOT APPLY TO THIS PLACE SHUT THEFT...THEY TELL YOU ONE THING AND TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT!!! SO EXPENSIVE AND NOT WORTH IT ITS A SCAM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY
