To say this Wiltek company is a 5 star would be shorting it. Eddie cleaned carpeting that had only been cleaned (dry method) once before. There were cat stains (about 7 of them) along with human stains. There is not a stain on my carpeting or stairwells. The carpet which was expensive looks brand new. Anyone that thinks twice about calling this company for all that you receive would be making a big mistake. Eddie is the owner who cares about his reputation. Wiltek cleaned my carpet a couple of weeks ago. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again.
Wiltek cleaned my carpets today. One room was stained with dog urine. Eddie was able to get the stains out which I had tried everything on in the past and all of the rest of the carpets are as clean as new. They are professional and honest and show up on time.There prices are very reasonable. What they quote is what you pay. I highly recommend this company. Best carpet cleaning company I have ever used. After having a few bad experiences with other companies I was very pleasently surprised with the job these guys did. They called when they were on their way, showed up on time, did a great job and were simply nice people. I could tell they take pride in their work. The amazing thing was that I had a very bad stain in front of my fireplace. The guy said it does cost more ($10) for that (think it was an old kool aid stain) stain to be removed, but if he couldn't get it completely out it would be free.
