I may be a bit biased since Dr. Christiansen is also my neighbor but his staff is also wonderful. My wife and I have been patients for about five years and our five year old daughter got her first pair of glasses over a year ago. She tends to sit on them in her car seat and the staff is always happy to put replacement nose pads on and bend them back into shape. We are all due for a new set and will be going back to Wilsonville Vision Center.
I took my kiddos ages 3 and 5 in for their first vision exams today. Dr. Christiansen was very patient and kind, and clearly had lots of experience with children. He put my son at ease and got great cooperation from him. My daughter was already having a difficult day and decided to outright make up stuff on the vision tests. (She also really wants glasses and was making deliberate errors.) He remained calm and kind with her too and gave both kids thorough eye exams. I am happy to trust WVC with the health of my babies' eyes.... read more
Having put off getting an exam for 3 yrs, decided to stay local with WVC, and I am glad I did. The staff was friendly and had already run my insurance to see what was covered, etc. Ordered my first pair of glasses and am anxiously awaiting their arrival.
Very professional and friendly staff. The best part was receiving several contact lense samples so I could find the pair that was most comfortable.
