I bought my first Honda two years ago from this dealer and love it! Had my first issue with the car this week and was able to get in for service no problem. I was talked with respectfully and informed well about the issue. Brandon with the service department was very helpful and ensured a stess free maintenance. I will continue to have my Honda taken care of at this dealer and will recommend this service department to family and friends.
I felt that I was given the information I needed to make a decision on the type of car I wanted to buy, but without the use of high-pressure sales tactics. I actually had a pleasant experience, which I wasn't expecting.
Superior service! Dan W. worked with me via email to get financing approved when I wasn't able to come in or speak over the phone. When I did come in, Jacob I. assisted with test driving and giving me all the info I needed about the car I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and NOT pushy. Though, I did not buy a car from them, I would definitely recommend them. I will be coming back when I am ready to buy new. Honda has some of the best standard features.
Been going for years! They take great care of me and my 2006 CRV. They have some gals at the customer service desk who put the meaning in the words Customer Service. They remember you and take good care of you, communication and your paperwork. Great Satisfaction from this customer!
