Family owned, friendly staff both in service and sales. Non pressure environment. They are fair and it was a pleasure to buy a new car from Parker Johnstone.
The service department is terrible. Took my van to repair a door, they didn’t finish the job and we had to take it in a second time. Took it in again for electrical issues. First diagnostic found nothing but the next day the van wouldn’t start. Replaced alternator. Replaced battery three times. Took it in AGAIN, they replaced the wiring harness but left attitude toward us on the invoice. Three days later, the battery is dead and I’m done with this place. Our first visit was great. Jacob showed us a few cars that fit our needs. No hard sale. Just the 45 minutes of time and an invite to bring our dog in from the car! That lead to our second visit with a purchase of a new Honda Civic! Jacob showed us so much about the new car. The orientation was a great touch. We got a great deal and I will be happy to go back to buy from them again!
We bought a used Hyundai there and the motor blew 3 days later. The extended warranty claim was denied and the dealership is paying for the repairs and they gave us a loaner car to use while the fix the other car. They’ve made everything so easy. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend them!
Yesterday I purchased my second new car at Wilsonville Honda. Both experiences have been amazing! Josh helped me yesterday finalize a purchase I’ve been thinking of since I test drive the car 3 weeks ago. He was always available for questions while I weighed my options. Jason, the finance manager was great!! He had my paperwork completed quickly and had me on the road in my new car in less than 2.5 hours with a great rate! I took my car there for service. They were all very nice and handled it efficiently. I don't normally take my cars to dealerships for service so I am particularly pleased.
Wouldn’t be a road trip with out some car troubles! Jeannette at Wilson Honda pointed out right away that it was my splash shield and she even has us sitting in these nice massage chairs while we wait for it to be fixed.
