This was the second bridge I had put in. The staff at the Wilson Martino Buckhannon office are supportive and understanding. They are efficient at signing in, explain everything and are understanding of patient needs and history. Dr. Poole is great at making things right.

I normally would give 5 stars. Always do. The doctors are great. They do beautiful work on your teeth. But today a staff member, which are all young in the back was the bad part. Someone took my call today to get my husband in for an adjustment. She had the chart up on the computer with her note from the phone conversation we had and she told nothing but lies from our conversation. I can't stand liars!
