Affordable storage, convenient access, responsive staff, they will call you back soon, improvements to security and gate maintenanced as well over the past couple years. Gate got stuck once, fixed the next day, staff apologized and gave me a discount for the month! Basic storage with reasonable rates! Thank y'all!
Super rude office staff, would not deal with them if storage was free for a year. I called to get help because I was meeting a friend there to sell him a tv he's putting into storage and there was nowhere to park outside the gate. Super rude woman had about the most nasty attitude you can imagine and claimed the office was closed (before 5pm) and didn't even bother to answer the phone before 5 pm. If this horrible woman is the owner, they need to go out of business, and if not she needs to be fired.
