Frequent delays trying to exit this car park. Numberplate recognition often not working. Just spent 20min queued trying to leave from level 1 to 1m exit. Do they effectively manage these situations? No

Entered a couple of minutes before 5 and charged me full freight instead of the night rate - the price difference goes from $30 to $75. We park in this car park two times each and every week, now we will park next door. We buzzed to talk to the customer service person who wouldnt budge. Such a shame. Hope it was worth it.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I entered the car park today at 12:30pm to have lunch and do some shopping when I ultimately decided to watch a movie- I then tried moving my car to the rooftop parking but to do this i had to leave the carpark at 3:10pm- entered the rooftop parking at 3:15pm and watched my movie at hoyts. The movie ended at 5:30pm at which I tried to claim free parking- only to be denied since I "can't claim parking vouchers if entering the carpark twice" then proceeded to charge me $16.
