Absolutely disgusted with the operators of Westpoint carpark. Something was going on today and the traffic was horrible inside and outside of the shopping centre. It took me 29 minutes to get from the lower level and up one level to the exit. All cars were beeping and there were many frustrations. To my disgust, they were still operating the boom gates. Why not open them to flow the traffic out. Money over people's frustrations.

Zero stars - leaving after a movie at 1am and have never had to validate parking with the new system but tonight apparently things are different. My husband in the other car got let out because the person answering the help call had some common sense but the guy I spoke to sadly had none so had to reverse out of the boom gate repark, go to the validation machine in a deserted westpoint at 1am to scan our ticket code my husband had to send to me. Frequent delays trying to exit this car park. Numberplate recognition often not working. Just spent 20min queued trying to leave from level 1 to 1m exit. Do they effectively manage these situations? No

Entered a couple of minutes before 5 and charged me full freight instead of the night rate - the price difference goes from $30 to $75. We park in this car park two times each and every week, now we will park next door. We buzzed to talk to the customer service person who wouldnt budge. Such a shame. Hope it was worth it.
