Was abused for asking a simple question. Took his time getting my keys. Followed me to my car harassing me telling me not to come back. Never been treated like that before. Spoke with Wilson - no one followed up. **they have since followed up and took my feedback seriously**
Very happy with the exceptional service. We travelled from Melbourne and needed a central parking spot. This was perfect and the gentleman working there was extremely helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. Even gave us some tourist tips and great restaurant suggestions. Highly recommend.
If booking online, be careful as parking bays can be blocked by other cars...... First in, best dressed ...
Worst experience. I was fined while I was buying the ticket at the ticket machine. When I asked why I was fined, the manager (bald guy) was racist and abused and threatened me. I never felt so unsafe. He literally shouted at me and walked away
