Recommendedbeen living here for 8 years. been a great place but the rent is getting too much for its worth.
Too much to say for the little space given to type. Lets just say..... there is a TON of wrong inside and outside of apartment. The neighbors aren't respectful and the kids running around need to be locked up even the 3yr olds. Garbage everywhere with bugs and mice. It is a whole world of it's own in this complex and a third world country living in filth.
Ghetto!!!! You would probably be better if you lived in the projects it’s like living in a third world country. Roach infested, hoodlums, thieves, fights outside almost everyday.
$25 monthly fee to have a cat. Very reasonable compared to other apartments.
If I'd didn't sign a lease would've moved out 1st month. Feels like I'm living with people. They come in and out of my apartment when they please. People park in front of my apartment all day every day, when I do it they stuck a big ass green sticker on my driver side window so couldn't see out it. Maintenance covers up problems they don't actually fix anything. And there is garbage all around this filthy complex. I'd give it 0/5 stars if i could.
