👏 EXCELLENT WORK + SERVICE! 👏 The best home inspector I’ve had. Eddie is very precise and does an excellent job. I have had other inspectors for my previous homes and Eddie showed how home inspecting should be actually performed. He is also kind and friendly + truly helpful. Eddie was very professional and thorough. He was responsive and very patient when answering my many questions. He was also flexible and willing to work with me on the inspection time since the sellers were in the process of making sure the house was ready for inspection. He found an issue the led me to the decision to not move forward with the house but I would gladly ask him to inspect the next house I find. Highly recommend!

Eddie did a great job for my home inspection. He did a through check and provided me with a very good report that mostly self explains the issues identified with photos. He was very helpful in patiently explaining all my questions. I would definitely recommend him to my friends who are looking to do home inspections. Thanks Eddie.

Eddie did a fantastic job inspecting my family's new townhouse. He did a complete evaluation (from electric to AC to exterior, etc.) and at the end clearly discussed his findings. His report, which he sent that very day, was informative and essential to my family choosing that townhouse. He even came back a different day to inspect water in the home that was accidentally turned off the day of the original inspection. He did this at no extra charge. Highly recommend his services!

Very pleased with the thorough inspection from Wilson Home Inspections! We were in process of buying an older home in North GA, while still living in South FL, and they made us feel "present". The pictures included in the very detailed report made us feel as if we were there during the entire inspection. Pricing was very attractive as well but that's not why we chose him.
