Wilson has been servicing our system for a couple years now. We recently had some difficulties during a cold spell that Wilson solved. The problem was from another installer, and Wilson was kind enough to rectify the situation promptly. We are putting all of our service needs with Wilson going forward as they are the best!!
I just reread my last Wilson Review. I had been with them for years and we continued fixing my 3 A/C's but it was time to replace one. As usual, ll went well. I continued my maintenance agreement (strongly recommend) which I have had with Wilson for more years than I can remember. Fast forward. I have now replaced two more A/C's. All in one year! But, they were all about 15 years old and it needed to be done. Circle back to always having a maintenance agreement. 15 years for these A/C's on the marsh was great. I can't speak ... read more
