Service was excellent as the technician was more than competent in diagnosing the problem and getting the unit up and running. He has ordered a sensor which will need to be replaced and will install once he has in hand. The unit is covered under warranty and there was no charge for the service call on a Sunday evening.Over the 5 years we have lived in this house we have had nothing but good experiences with Wilson Heating and Air!

After several ac unit issue. I had Wilson Heating and Air come out and do a maintenance. Long story short I needed a new unit and they handle everything very well.

Update: This company left my machine absolutely suffocating with clogged coils and clogged air filter. After the complimentary work was completed cleaning the system somehow they will no longer send proof of the work. Sending my work to another company as I have lost confidence in this company. Incredibly rude responses from the service desk.
