We have them as our main AC company, thanks to our neighbor who recommended them to us. Technicians who come visits are always thorough and precise. I love how company keeps you updated for next visit and schedule on time. We have Andrew the last 2 visits and very thorough and takes time doing service maintenance. I called them for an issue and prompt service was given to us!!!

Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning sent Jonathan to my home today to do scheduled system maintenance on a wonderful Trane they installed. Jonathan was amazing. He called on his way, and was smiling when he arrived. Whew! Good start! It got better. He was kind, and wore a mask and shoe covers and even removed the frog from my outdoor condenser. I really appreciate this company. They have always treated us fairly, been honest and done great work. Let me give an example, hour hvac stopped working at about 6pm on a hot summer day. We were getting worried about how we would sleep in the our house that was super hot. We called them and they had it fixed by like 8 or 9pm same day.

Have used Wilson for years now, and continue to be impressed with their responsiveness, their professionalism, and the quality of their people. We use them for our rental condo and our personal home. Our service tech Andrew is the best!
