The administrative staff is rude and the office has a policy of charging $250 to complete medical leave paperwork. Dr. Paulk charges this unreasonable price to discourage patients from bringing in paperwork cause “it is not his job to complete medical leave paperwork.” When the staff was asked why they charged this outrageous price to their patients; the administrative supervisor stated that the doctor does not have time to help you with FMLA paperwork.
Dr Paulk is the best!! Extremely good bed side manner, and knows how to give excellent care! He’s the BEST in Montgomery, & I’ve seen several I wasn’t satisfied until finding him!! A+++++
