The sales staff are extremely friendly and I felt comfortable and not at all overwhelmed. Janelle communicated with me through the whole process well into the night to ease my mind. I will always buy my car from Wilson Ford. Salesman are great, knowledgeable and not high pressured. They listen to what you’re looking for and meet your expectations. My experience was quick and easy. They had all paper work ready for me to sign and with explanation of what I was signing. No waiting! I drove off in my new Ford Escape a happy customer and I love my new car.
