Tried one last time to get vehicle repaired under warranty after no luck visiting other Ford dealers.Tried Wilson Ford. 2 people in service, Allan and Chad, instantly gave me hope. A short time later and vehicle was repaired. What a sigh of relief. After I write a letter to my old salesperson at another dealership explaining since his service dept wouldn't fix vehicle I can no longer do business there I will visit Wilson Ford to plan a purchase for a 2019 vehicle to haul grand kids around in.

Stay away from this dealership. Bought a certified pre owned Ford Focus with 25,000 miles from them. Contacted my saleswoman 12 hours after I got it because the clutch was slipping. Dealer told me there was nothing they could do and just get it fixed. When you buy a certified used car you expect to have no issues but I’ve had nothing but problems. Since the service department inspected and certified the car they clearly have no idea what they are doing. I will never buy a ford again and can’t warn people enough to stay away ... read more
