Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me
