I love this place!! I am starting on my 3rd lease. I could not be happier. I have looked at other buildings but what stands out about Wilshire Vermont is how calm it is living here. Yes there is some craziness outside but its expected since the metro opens up in the courtyard. Inside the building it is safe with the amazing security guards. Other buildings I toured I was able to smell marijuana smoke in the hallways. That is a huge deal breaker for me as I have asthma and am allergic to cigarette and marijuana smoke. Terrible Management, Avoid at all cost I don't even know where to begin about management at this apartment. I had someone come into my apartment for maintenance last year when I was at work and I came home to find my glasses stepped on and broken on the floor, and my cat's only access to her litter blocked AND the apartment unlocked. This already left me furious and the only reason I stayed at this apartment was because I didn't want to move during Covid-19. Great Maintenance and friendly staff I am current tenant and have lived here for over 2 years. The building is maintained pretty well including public area and private unit. When I need fixing service, they will have the technician come and solve the problem in timely manner. The staffs in leasing office are nice and friendly too, they will have social events every month. I am pleased and feel cozy to live here.
