Do not move in here!!!! This is the worst place I've EVER lived in and I've lived in a third-world-country. High profile motorcycle gang standing guard outside of an apartment was the last straw for me. Save your money and look elsewhere.
That is a sad rate 229 have been here and only 51 likes the place go figure. I know why....
I love the town homes. . Very big.. feels like a house inside.. things have changed. . Maintenance is very very nice.. they keep the pool open longer than any place I've ever seen. And with the office if you pay your rent on time and keep the peace, they don't even talk to you at all. I don't know what all your rude posts are about? If I call the office for a maintenance issue, they come right over the same day.. some of you are talking about when they first opened, well it's been 3 yrs now and things work themselves out. We lived there for 2 years, fulfilled our lease & left the place immaculate. I even cleaned the inside of the dryer & dishwasher. But they still charged us $90 for "cleaning". Would Never recommend this place to anyone!
