Lived here in a studio for a year from 2021-2022. I was living alone as a female and was mainly concerned for my safety, but this apartment complex made me feel safe as they have a security guard at night. A huge plus that you get your own parking spot, which is a rare find in ktown now. Compared to most older apartments in Koreatown, I consider this complex clean for what it is. I've lived here for over 4 years, and management has not improved. Getting anything fixed in my apartment is like pulling teeth (which had run-down appliances and fixtures when I first moved in). They will not warn you when they build/renovate neighboring units -- unbelievable construction noise for weeks on end. Facilities are poor, hallways are dirty most times, and you're paying for all your utilities on top of paying an over-priced rent. I suggest you look elsewhere.
