I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for an apartment, infact avoid BH properties as whole. My experience as a tenant involved repeated safety, maintenance, and management failures that were never properly addressed and had me constantly stressed. Security was a major concern throughout my lease. Building doors were repeatedly left unsecured or propped open, and the security cameras were not functional. I had a horrible experience with this apartment. I don't even know how to explain. I have lived in more than 20 different apartments, and this is the worst apartment where I have ever lived in. On moving day, I called the resident manager multiple times because the apartment was not ready to move in, but he did not pick up the phone all day. Especially, the refrigerator was not in working condition (refrigerator door will not stay closed) when I moved in, so I requested for fixing the issues multiple times. But resident mana... read more
Please choose a different apartment for your own sanity. The manager does not speak english well and is very unprofessional with taking care of the apartment; unresponsive to requests. It has been a horrible experience and I do not recommend this apartment to anyone considering living in koreatown.
Don’t live here, the manager is so unorganized and unprofessional! At the first time we were looking for apartment he offered if we have no credit we need to pay 2months deposit and 1st month rent. So we agreed, paid him all of it in the first day and signed the contract! We never ever received a copy of contract ever! 4 days before moving in we tried to contact him but he never picked up phone.
