Very clean and nice, the rent is quite expensive, the corridors are clean, and the manager is good. If there is any problems with your apartment you ask the manager and she calls whoever is necessary. Owned by bigger company, the flags are all around LA, blue and yellow, they are known for expensive and good quality housing.
