The people was nice at first but when it came to recover time we was kept for what seems to have been all day for a operation that should have took 20minutes an recovery should have been about two hours not from 8am until 3pm
My grandson has surgery there this morning. I must say they were excellent. Everything was right on schedule. The surgery went quick and smooth. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Thank you for making the surgery easier.
One of the most efficient and fast medical center's I have ever been too.The staff was great, as well as my doctor, Dr. Lippe. I never saw anyone without a smile, and they did their best to make me as comfortable with everything as they possibly could. hopefully I wont need any more surgeries, but if I do I will be going back here. And even though I go back to my office in Whiteville Monday to get my knee checked up on, they called to make sure everything was going great and I was doing well. This was a wonderful place they took great care of my husband during his knee surgery!
The staff was pretty friendly, considering it was 6 AM check in time. A little chaotic, maybe orchestrated mass confusion it a better way to describe it. Other than that, the surgical staff was good. When it comes to billing, absolutely cut throat. Pay in full in 30 days or your case is off to the collections agency. Such a shame in one aspect, a blessing in another. Now I know who I am really dealing with, which is always nice to know. If I EVER have surgery again and they tell me it will be there, I will find a new doctor ... read more
