*NIGHTMARE* The communication was very very poor to say the least. Had a huge ordeal w my surgery and found out 3 days prior to my surgery date that I had to get a covid test and my blood work was bad and they removed me off the schedule. This was the 2nd time we scheduled our surgery and were devistated. After callin n asking why i was just being told they then decided to redo blood work and was able to get on the schedule again after me rushing all over town to get it dine. RecommendedVery clean place. Some of the staff needs some help with the way they speak to people. But the over all it was a decent experience.

Spoke with Carmen who was extremely rude when I asked about a payment plan. Ended up cancelling my surgery there due to their inability to make payment plans.
I have had several surgeries at different times over the years here, the doctors are great its the people like carmen in billing who have no respect for the patients and should never work with the public in these places she was very rude to me i am sure thats hpw she talks to people in general. please transfer her to cleaning and taking out trash, she has no reason to be dealing with people in general. maybe she talk like that to people up north like that which is fine but she is in the south now get some respect or go home.
WOW reading Rebecca's comment made me wonder if she was at the same facility I was at last Friday! I have nothing but accolades to say for Wilmington SurgCare. From the moment I walked into the facility to being wheeled out in my wheelchair. Bravo WSC....you hit a homerun with me!
Extremely efficient medical center. Great care and help from staff -someone is always with you before & after anesthesia. Your always moving meaning you get out fast. My surgery was at 9:30 for an hour than half hour post op and then you are getting in your car! Home by lunchtime.
My 3 year old granddaughter had her tonsils removed this morning. We could not have asked for a better experience. The entire staff was kind, gentle and very patient with her. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing an outpatient procedure.
