Uncaring, unfriendly, and poor service. Don't die while under their service. You won't even receive a "sorry for your loss". Instead you will get a nope, you can't have that refund because we are too greedy to send back to the insurance company. Also, don't ask for a return call because you won't get that either.
I've been a customer for nearly a year now and have only good things to say about this company! They ship promptly and are always so kind and helpful on the phone. I wasn't sure what my daughter needed and they sent many samples so that I could find what worked for her. I'll never use anyone else! Wilmington Medical Supply for the win!
Supply orders arrive on time and are correct. They take great care and preparing the items for shipment. Due to my son's medical needs we receive supplies from a various companies and WMS is by far the easiest and best one to work with.
By far the best medical supply company we have ever dealt with!
