Answering the phones would be a GREAT way to start
Terrible customer service! We have used this company for literally over 10 years, never having a problem until recently! Requests for supplies gets no response. So my son who has cerebral palsy, goes without much needed supplies! Awful! Will be looking for another company to use TODAY!!!
Ever since they were bought out by 180 medical we have had nothing but issues. We are switching supply companies after 8 years of using and recommending WMS.
For the third month I have not received my teen son’s pull-ups! I am livid and will be speaking with NC Medicaid.
RecommendedWe have used this company since my son was 4, we have no problems. Was told that the company has been sold to someone else, ever since I have had problems. My son is due for a shipment every month on the 22nd. We didn't receive his order this month. was told the computer didn't pull it, the lady I spoke with said. She don't it manually that I would have the shipment today. We normally get our orders before 12. so I called and was told it would be tomorrow. please gets back on track before I I switch company's
I have been waiting over a week for my daughter feeding items formula including. I was told by a supervisor 5 days ago my stuff was coming and then Thur both time it would be over nighted I'm still waiting and this is my daughter main sources of nutrition. They are really good at telling you what you want to hear but when you try to get back in touch with that person they are to busy to ever call you back to find out why it didn’t happen.
I called Tues. to check on the status of my daughter's diapers. I was told that they were shipped out on Monday. Here is it 6.30 on Friday afternoon, NO Diapers. Do you realize what a hardship your company creates for families like mine/my daughter, when you don't deliver? Clearly you don't realize and you don't care!
Drop the slogan “Customer’s first”. Terrible customer service especially Mary!!!
Very helpful and they make extremely wonderful solutions.
