Lived there for 2 years. Rent increased at a phenomenal rate. Management claimed tax increases, but checking tax records they paid less in tax during my tenancy. My heat went out for a week during the coldest point in the year. Building manager said I'd be compensated in rent, but that never happened. I was charged 45$ for leaving a plunger and some yarn on a ceiling hook in my security deposit refund. Whoever answers your phone is super rude. I just asked about availability and the guy was so disrespectful about his answer. If that’s how you treat people who call, I can’t imagine how the management would be in person. Your receptionist or whoever is so unprofessional.

Location and size of this building for the price are fantastic. Apartment is primarily young professionals, and offers a few basic amenities. However, over two years we found communication with management was poor. Major maintenance issues in the building and units (water leaks, elevator out of order, etc.) were sometimes left unresolved for days or weeks at a time, and maintenance requests and questions regularly required multiple follow-ups from residents to be addressed. Workout facility and apartment amenities leave a little to be desired but the apartment itself has nice features. We love having our laundry in-unit and having a dishwasher. We've had a couple maintenance issues since moving in 1.5 years ago and all were resolved by management. The location is great for folks who work downtown or like being in the Willy St neighborhood!
