Money grabbers, new owners charging fees that were not in the previous owner contract. Shameful.
I absolutely would not recommend this company for drivers. The lack of communication and time wasted is insane. Thank God, I dodged a bullet.
The only time I visit Willscot is when I pump out their two holding tanks. I im one of the drivers for on-site services/united rentals
Not sure what the other reviews are about but the Knoxville office will work with you as long as you give them a heads up and are reasonable in your request. I recommend.
First and foremost, just know that I would never in a million years use this company again. And I mean in any state where we have companies. I am checking to see if any of our other companies use them and I will remedy that as soon as possible if they do. Some people wouldn’t want to read the whole description, but just run away as fast as possible from the corporate culture at this company. The people in the Knoxville office are very nice.
