Good experience with the optometrist, very bad experience with the front desk staff picking frames. A young lady was very slow and rude to us. She has successfully pushed us away from the business. A private practice should consider to provide better customer service, especially when it is more expensive than the public system.
Pleasant staff, inviting surroundings, very caring and professional. Happy with the cost thought it was going to be more expensive than it was.
