Dr Nelson is the Best! He has treated my daughter since she was a baby. She’s now 18 & he’s still treating her! We think he’s great! Something that should be known! I'm editing my review because my daughter is now 22 has Downs Syndrom & type 1 insulin dependent diabetes. She is sometimes hospitalized for high Blood Sugar and keytones . No stars !! The patient care representative that schedules the appointments are rude . They hang up on you , leave you on hold . Just ghetto and lack good customer service.

Lovely experience with Dr. Nelson. My daughter is very shy and he was thoughtful and patient. While she didn't need corrective lenses right now, we scheduled an appointment in six months (along with her twin sister) to track vision. Front desk was equally kind and helpful.

The Doctor did not use gloves the whole time she worked on my son. She had her back towards me the whole time. This doctor focused more on the Resident learning. I felt left out of the equation. I am a a nurse myself and she uses bad practices. The resident/student didn’t even use gloves. I went to wash my hands in the room to notice there was no soap. So in between patients the were only using sanitizer.
