The service technician (Richard) was great. He listened to my explanation of the problems, then checked them out and made recommendation on how to fix them. He was great and knew his business. He even took the time to explain to me how the system and nozzles work.

Extremely courteous and well mannered . Very proficient in his knowledge of plumbing. Arrived on time and was fastidious in how he approached the job. From start to finish, Carlos attended to task in a timely fashion, to it's completion. Carlos was very respectful of my home and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs, and especially Carlos. You just can't go wrong with that combo!

The technicians were great and timely. They even used my parts I had on hand. My only complaint is they didn't adjust, fine tune, the heads so the over spray doesn't waste water.
