All Pro tech arrived on time, was courteous and friendly. Tech Chris explained the process and possible cost involved to cut into drywall and determine extent of a leak. Leak was the water line in the wall going into the refrigerator. The pricing structure seems to be overly complicated. The service is good, they cleaned up everything and left the repair to the drywall looking like nothing had happened.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Very expensive, and their guarantee is only good for one year. The work was good, but I was way overcharged.
They were prompt, courteous and honest. Identified the problem . While it isn't a problem that is fixable without tearing down some walls, William made us feel secure that it was really not a dangerous problem but just a nuisance. Just a noise in the pipe. I would call on this company again if future problems arise.

Called them to replace a faucet supply line and clear a blocked drain. They were at the property within an hour, had the problem fixed in under two hours!

I felt the price was too high and they did negotiate with me but for the five minutes it took to complete the job it was still too pricey.
