Dr. Sims and his team were wonderful. My experience as a new patient was extremely positive. The dentistry is well organised and very welcoming. I could almost say that my visit to the dentist was enjoyable.
Dr Sims is by far the best dentist I have had the pleasure of attending for my dental care . He is extremely patient ,excellent at communicating the procedure he is undertaking, gentle, knowledgeable and compassionate particularly with those patients who are a bit nervous or as in my case.. a lot nervous! Reflecting my opinion of the quality of care provided by Dr Sims and his staff we are now a three generational family of patients at this excellent dental clinic.

Our family has been going to Willows Family Dental since 2011. Dr. Sims and his team are extremely professional, they have highly skilled hygienists, assistants and front office staff. Dr. Sims is very gentle and attentive to his patients and can make any dental experience a pleasant one (if there is any such thing!). The practice is equally competent with patients of all ages. I highly recommend Willows Family Dental.
