I’ve been here for 4 months now, and it’s been a great experience. Maintenance is prompt and communicates efficiently. Asia and Mallory are SO helpful and patient. The community is clean with regular lawn maintenance. It’s a great little area!
I love the bball court for practicing my layups or a quick scrimmage if other ballers are out. They host nice events like free breakfast which is great for fueling up after balling
Lived here about 3 months so far so good. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Good amenities. Pool. Bbqs provided. Gym and laundry. Laundry does cost a couple bucks to run. Nice being close to the mall, Whole Foods, McKays and other things
There aren’t enough good things to say about this place. Asia is excellent at what she does and is very knowledgeable. The staff are super friendly and professional. It’s a safe and quiet place to live. The property is always clean and maintained. The units are spacious and the amenities are great. Would highly recommend simply because Asia made living here such an enjoyable experience and she’s the best property manager I’ve worked with. The transition to move out was super smooth, but I would 100% live here again.
