The worst place ever..I’m pregnant and I felt uncomfortable because of bad service and the sound of AC is loud , the laundry is very bad ,almost all devices are old and need maintenance. I told them all my problems and they replied to me you can move from here. After that they charged me 1200$ for only two nights and rejected my request for prorated rent at move out.
The worst houing experience ever. I spent only one month there and I couldn't stay there more because of the noise from AC units. I stayed there with my pregnant wife who couldn't bear living there. First, we came to an agreement to break the lease without any penalties. I left Sep. 3rd because of the labor day. Then, they charged me the full September rent in October. The willows lets heathens put of decorations two weeks ahead of holidays. This is unacceptable. I had to call them about my neighbor putting up Halloween decorations in early October. What did they do? Nothing!!! I shouldn't have to see a pumpkin on October 1. I don't care about individualism. If im offended by a pumpkin, no one should be able to display that because it offends me.
