Been here seven years. Don't recommend if you're afraid of dogs. Living beside 2 seventy pound dogs is noisy as they run around. They bark at me through the walls. Growl at me through the front window as I come home. Last fall they let themselves out of the apartment..next door and knocked me off my porch and one put his mouth around my arm until the owner saved me from being bit. Very Nice Place to live...cant say enough about the fantastic staff. Lived here for three years. 260 plus apartments and the place is eerily quiet. Do not hear a sound after 9PM. No radios, cars. etc. Neighbors are fantastic and respectful of each others privacy and quality of life. The few minor maintenance problems I have had were handled right away. Snow removal, plowing, shoveling is amazing. Landscaped beautifully. Pool and fitness center are always clean. Five stars with every facet of The Hammocks Orchard Park.

Angela Witty is not so “{WITTY}” She is ignorant & uneducated! She lies to cover her mistakes and cover more lie’s. If you’re not part of her click like the Russell’s, the resident City of Rochester Engine 19 Firemen and his wife and {daughter, the 150-pound cat}! in apartment 2108. Oh, I do have a video with her lying on it about her 150-pound cat that runs all over the apartment. At all hours of the night and day.
