Chaparral Management is ripping off people they are sending Deed restriction after they are taken care of so. two people are getting paid just to send letters. In case anyone ask yes I have proof. I am so sick of chaparral taking advantage if the poor and our Seniors. Just like know it's spring time the grass grows fast this of year. They probably live in a apartment so they would not know that.
I went to a party at the neighborhood clubhouse. Nice subdivision.
Good subdivision but management is rough
Very strict deed restrictions and they hound the wrong people
