The management team as well as the maintenance team at this apartment complex has always provided great service and understanding to my needs as a resident.
I am a resident at willowood east. Melissa is the best leasing agent I’ve worked with. She helped me find the best apartment to fit me and my life. She was very sweet and very diligent on getting us in our apartment and keeping us updated. She made a move in folder that was very helpful on getting us accommodated. Overall a very good experience for a move in.
Poor Management came to my house confronted me about not renewing my lease talk too with no respect at all I went 2 months cooking with one burner ,I asked for a stove I was told by "management that she would have seen about a budget mine I was paying rent at 991 .00 ahead of I would have all I asked for was them too paint she say flat out and I came meet UPS and was that she would call the police on Me for Trespassing ect,But what she's really angry 😡 about that I came to the office letting her know I wouldn't be renewing ... read more
