The Pointe at Vinings was previously owned and run by Village Green. Since the change to RAM Properties I would say the complex has made major changes and has greatly improved the area. Previously, the dumpster was constantly full, the old staff was fairly unresponsive and not very helpful and the promised updates to amenities were non-existent. Location is unbeatable, love walking to Braves games! Pool is open nearly year-round. Beautiful wooded/lake view from our balcony. Great service from the office!
The new management is extremely helpful. The new maintenance crew is awesome.
They really worked hard to make sure that my move went smoothly and went above and beyond to ease the transition. Zack was very patient and helpful and the apartments are renovated and very spacious. Loving it so far!
