Have not had a great experience thus far. Subpar at best. Starting back to viewing the property we are currently renting… My roommate and I had to make THREE trips out to the property, finally able to gain access the third attempt. We were given the wrong code to enter into the lock on the door as someone else with the management company had changed it and nobody ever answers the phone so we were unable to reach anyone to correct the issue or provide the correct code. Got to take a minute to appreciate. These guys are the best. They handled a couple rental properties in the Raleigh area for me. They've always been responsive and looked out for my interests. Even after "losing" my business (I sold those properties), they were quick with answers and docs I needed for property sale and taxes. I strongly recommend Nancy and Chris. I hope I get to do business with them in the future. Thank you both.
I am an owner of a townhouse in Cary which is a rental property. Being a landlord who lives in NJ, Nancy and Chris have been managing my property for over 10 years now. They are always on point, answer emails, phone calls and take care of any problems that arise. I highly recommend their services. Thank you both!
It seems this property management company is being run by someone treating it as a side gig rather than a full-time commitment, unable to even answer calls from potential clients inquiring about properties. My suggestion would be to either dedicate proper time and resources to the business or step back entirely to avoid wasting the time of prospective clients. Great experience with Chris we are currently renting one of the properties they manage and they have been really accommodating to my family we needed to be out of our former home by December 31 2023 and lease wouldn't start until Jan 2024 but was willing to let us move in early for pro rated rent which was great!
