I purchased my Murano last August (kudos to Justin M for going above and beyond) Came in for my scheduled oil change and they had me in and out within 90 minutes. They even washed my vehicle.
I went there to fix a specific thing, they did a full inspection without asking me and charged me 170$. The like to scam in the name of inspection. I was a regular customer and they keep doing it. So that was my last visit probably.
I wanted to share my terrible experience so that other customers do not have to undergo the same damage that my family and I had to go through. We purchased two vehicles from here but this is about one of the vehicles which is very upsetting as a loyal client. Firstly, the financial services manager did not communicate a clear breakdown of the time and price of a $4500 warranty in the contract.
