The office staff carries on with one another instead of doing their job in a timely manner. Appointments are never kept on time. I always have to wait 30 minutes minimum once I arrive a few minutes before my appointment. The DRs are great, but the office staff and some of the dental hygienists could use some serious improvements. I will not be returning to that office and am researching other dentists in my network.
