RecommendedKudos to Willow Urgent Care for quickly helping me get into a specialist for an issue. God is GOOD!! And so are they! If you need urgent care I highly recommend them! They are also very nice, not just good!
Went in believing experiencing a heart attack. Staff quickly assisted me and gave me the necessary attention. Fortunately no heart attack but a pinched nerve on my shoulder causing symptoms similar to a heart attack. This was definitely the better option than calling for an ambulance or going directly to an ER hospital which normally the wait time is over an hour at best. This facility treated me within ten minutes of my arrival. Great staff and service!
The service was excellent, quick in and out ! Staff went above and beyond to help me!
Worse experience ever. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with me, suggested I go to my regular doctor, but wont send my doctor any test results without my doctor office paying a fee and me paying a fee. I will never go back
Worst service I ever experienced. I called around 11:15 and asked how long the wait was. I was advised it was 45 min and they closed from 12:30 to 2:15 for lunch. I asked if I headed over now will I be seen. I was guaranteed I'd be seen. I arrive 15 min later and was turned away. I explained I called in advance and was guaranteed I'd be seen. Thank you for making my eye rash better already! Shout out! Highly recommend! Doctor and staff awesome! I was in and out in 40 min on a Tues. showed up at 4:30pm! The doctor was smart, caring, old school, listened and my new favorite! No more Peachwood for me and their 2 hour wait! They also faxed in my prescriptions and when there was a last minute issue, it was fixed with a phone call! Thank you!
