They were very helpful, professional, and considerate in a very tough situation! After impound they even took the car to the shop no charge.
Called in on Friday 10 am truck arrived in about one hour. I have a special kind towing, wheel lift with dolly towing they have that and price is reasonable. About 150 for a 2 miles tow. Many other company does not have wheel lift with dolly towing. They do take cash, check and credit cards even prepaid gift cards.
Calling a towing service is never in the best of circumstances. You experience shock, panic, anger, sadness or all of the above at once. Major shout out to Dennis who was calm, ensured my safety, personable and incredibly kind. It’s been decades since using a towing service and my experience was beyond expectation. Thank you, Dennis, for your kindness and professionalism. Willow Spring Towing, this is an employee worthy of a 10 star rating. Hang on to him!
