I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Willow Spring Towing and Recovery. After a very severe accident, John, was so very helpful and a voice of calmness in the chaos that was my situation. He allowed me to sit in the air conditioning of his truck as the police worked through the accident. He even offered to drop me off whenever needed, knowing that I was not from the area. I am forever grateful for the kindness and service I received.
The service and work I received from John was outstanding. Wish there were more people working like him. He took great care of my truck and really went above and beyond to make sure he provided maximum assistance in a time I really needed it. Thank you. Keith was phenomenal! He provided excellent service and was professional, kind, understanding, and made a stressful situation so much easier. He went above and beyond to accommodate when I needed to change drop-off locations and even gave me a ride home. On top of that, he was great to talk to!
